Is the product new?

Yes — brand-new, factory-sealed, in original retail packaging.

How fast do you ship, and what does it cost?

Free shipping on every order within the continental United States. We ship your order within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days after that, depending on your location — states farther from California may take a bit longer. Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on unopened, unused items in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What does "Pre-order" mean on some listings?

A handful of our newest colors and models are currently in transit to our warehouse. Ordering one reserves your unit — your card is charged at checkout, and we ship as soon as the item arrives (typically 1-2 weeks).

Do you ship outside the continental US?

Not currently — we ship to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses aren't supported at this time.
